- 勇敢是在有危險、損失、風險，或潛在傷害時才能體現的。如果缺乏上述前提，就談不上是勇敢。勇敢是可貴的，因為它讓人可以穩定自己在面對危險時的即時情緒，並評估何為適當的行動。勇敢是克服恐懼，而非無所畏懼。

Let It Go 是迪士尼電影《#Frozen》的主題曲，故事中 #Elsa 因為害怕自己擁有的能力會傷害到別人或惹來他人側目，而選擇逃避，把自己封閉起來。這首歌傳達了Elsa後來選擇勇於對抗、不畏他人目光的勇氣，為自己爭取應有的自由和自控權。這首歌提醒我們耍像Elsa一樣鼓起勇氣面對日常生活中遇到的困難，例如是面對上司的不公平對待時要勇於發聲。我們可以先嘗試透過身邊人的讚賞去增加自信心，從而加強自己的勇氣去面對各種挑戰。只要我們退後一看，就會發現再大的困難也不過是如此微不足道，就算恐懼曾攫住你的勇氣，但我們終能像Elsa一樣戰勝它、擺脫它的支配。
