團隊精神是指在作為一個團隊的成員時，我們為了團隊目標的實現而產生的一種責任感。此團隊不僅是指工作團隊或者運動團隊，它同時也包括家庭、社區乃至國家、全球的範圍。由此可見，我們的生活中處處存在團隊。正如亞里斯多德所說：「人是社會的動物」，團隊精神從古至今都備受強調。有團隊精神的人是有強烈責任感的人，他們為團隊負責，同時也對團隊充滿信任。團隊精神很重要的一點是要求我們在忠於自己團隊時，不輕視或敵視其他團隊。
