We Are One (Ole Ola) - Pitbull

公平 (Fairness) 是指平等、公正地對待和給予所有人同等的機會、權利和對所有人都應用相同的規則。Peterson & Seligman (2004) 曾指出，公平是一種人們判斷何為道德上正確、錯誤和該禁止的過程，公平的實踐讓我們對社會發生的不公更為敏感，更能關愛他人和更有惻隱之心，而公平有助令社會更和諧，增進我們與他人的關係。

以下是一個擁有公平這項性格強項的人所認同的陳述：

- 所有人都應得到公平的對待

- 不可以利用他人

- 不想要欺騙他人，如同自己也不想要被騙

- 嘗試對所有人友善

- 所有人都值人尊重

- 我們是一體的

- 人本身就是自身的目的

- 沒有人應該因為膚色而受到歧視

- 我們對自己的行為負責

- 就算社會大眾認為是對的，如果我認為不是對的，我也不會跟從

四年一度的足壇盛事—2022卡塔爾世界盃(2022 FIFA WORLD CUP)引起全球各地球迷的關注。在這項盛事舉行前，讓我們來欣賞一下2014年南非FIFA世界盃的主題曲、美國古巴裔饒舌歌手Pitbull的作品We Are One (Ole Ola)，以及歌曲所傳遞的訊息。

We Are One (Ole Ola) 這首歌提醒我們，也許我們來自世界上不同的地區，也許我們各有不同，但運動是無國界的，每個人也有參與、同歡、享受足球和這項盛事的權利，因為「這是你的世界、我的世界、大家的世界」。

我們在觀看球賽時也須謹記，除了是在綠茵場上拼力競技的球員外，看台上、螢幕前的觀眾、球迷，乃至場外的醫療團隊、工作人員，每個人都值得我們的尊重，都值得得到公平的對待，不應以任何形式的歧視與不公對待他人。
